Join the dynamic world of Accor, a world-leading hospitality group, as an Assistant Food & Beverage Sales Manager. We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented professional to support the Sales Department in driving revenue and fostering long-term relationships with corporate and leisure clients. In this pivotal role, you will assist in the development and execution of sales initiatives that maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR) across our premium portfolio in Jakarta.
You will act as the bridge between our culinary and operational teams and the external market, ensuring that sales strategies align with business objectives. If you possess a passion for hospitality, strong negotiation skills, and a desire to grow within a global brand, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the F&B Sales Director in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts, including corporate clients, government agencies, and large-scale meeting planners.
- Coordinate closely with the Food & Beverage Outlets and Culinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and banquets.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities in the Jakarta hospitality sector.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Organize and host site inspections and networking events to showcase the hotel's capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Sales or Hospitality Sales within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong network of corporate contacts and event organizers in the Jakarta area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SalesForce or similar CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
