Join CCK Group as an Assistant Factory Manager in Kuching, Sarawak, and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within our manufacturing facility. This key position offers the opportunity to enforce compliance with Company Policies, Food Safety and Quality programs, Safety & Health protocols, and FSSC 22000 standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, ensure regulatory adherence, and maintain the highest industry benchmarks for safety and quality.
As an integral member of our leadership team, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implement corrective actions, and foster a culture of operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Enforce compliance with Company Policies, Food Safety and Quality programs, Safety & Health protocols, and FSSC 22000 standards
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality specifications
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Train and supervise production staff on safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics to minimize production disruptions
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing operations with FSSC 22000 exposure
- Certification in Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP, ISO 22000) preferred
- Strong knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and local safety regulations
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team supervision and training
- Excellent analytical abilities with problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and production management software
