Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the creation of fashion designs, including sketching, pattern making, and sample development.
- Research current fashion trends, fabrics, and materials to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs meet brand standards and market demands.
- Prepare technical specifications and detailed design documentation for production.
- Participate in fittings and adjustments to ensure the perfect fit of garments.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and oversee production.
- Support the design team in organizing and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, textiles, and garment construction.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Previous experience in fashion design or a similar role is a plus.
