Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and regulatory standards.
- Manage corporate tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Assist the Finance Manager in budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes and improve financial controls.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth potential.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external auditors and tax consultants during audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CA/CPA/Brevet A&B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably within the Fintech, Banking, or Startup sectors.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
