Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for campus infrastructure and development projects.
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets, ensuring strict compliance with financial policies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards for senior leadership.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes specifically tailored to infrastructure procurement and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure project financial documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Support the lifecycle management of capital assets, including depreciation tracking and asset audits.
- Provide expert financial advice to project managers to optimize project delivery and cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial management, ideally within infrastructure, construction, or large-scale project environments.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
