Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily fleet scheduling and route planning to ensure timely container deliveries.
- Coordinate effectively with drivers and logistics teams to manage container movements and load allocation.
- Monitor and strictly adhere to PSA vessel timelines to minimize turnaround times and operational delays.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, transport laws, and company operational policies.
- Manage and verify all documentation, including waybills, delivery notes, and inventory records.
- Liaise with port authorities and shipping lines to resolve logistical bottlenecks and coordinate pickups.
- Conduct regular fleet maintenance checks and report vehicle status to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement in haulage operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or transport management.
- Strong working knowledge of container haulage processes and PSA terminal operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proficient in using logistics software and computer applications (MS Office Suite).
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders and team members.
- Valid driver's license (Class 3D/3E preferred) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
