Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
- Lead and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Drive sales initiatives and achieve key business targets
- Implement inventory management systems and cost-control measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Train staff on product knowledge, service protocols, and customer engagement
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B management or supervisory roles
- Proven track record in driving sales and operational excellence
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., NEA standards)
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or related field preferred
