Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily food service operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient service.
- Monitor and enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
- Collaborate with the dietitian team to plan and prepare specialized meals for patients with specific dietary needs.
- Manage and train food service staff, including cooks, servers, and cleaning personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and manage ordering processes to minimize waste.
- Ensure timely delivery of meals to patient wards and maintain accurate records of service.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Food Service Management, Hotel Management, or a related culinary field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a food service or hospital setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (SPLM/NSF).
- Good interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
