Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners through market analysis and prospecting
- Develop and implement franchise recruitment strategies aligned with brand growth objectives
- Assist in drafting franchise agreements and operational guidelines

- Monitor franchise performance metrics and recommend improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
