Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates
- Implement and maintain front office procedures and standards
- Prepare daily reports and manage front office administrative tasks
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front office operations within a hotel environment
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is essential
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
