Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
- Lead, mentor, and train the front desk team, fostering a culture of exceptional guest service and professional development.
- Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes, optimizing guest satisfaction and operational flow.
- Proactively resolve guest complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring positive outcomes and maintaining brand reputation.
- Monitor room inventory, manage reservations, and collaborate with the Housekeeping and Sales departments to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest safety across all front office areas.
- Prepare daily reports, manage cashiering functions, and assist with budgeting and forecasting for the department.
- Act as a key point of contact for guests and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of services.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a hotel front office.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with guests and staff.
- Proficiency in using Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Fidelio, or similar software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by hotel operations.
