Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, concierge services, and guest relations.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the front office team, ensuring high performance, adherence to service standards, and a positive work environment.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions and maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
  • Monitor front office expenses and manage inventory of supplies to ensure efficient operation within budgetary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination for optimal guest experience.
  • Prepare daily reports, maintain accurate guest records, and ensure proper handling of cash and credit transactions.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety, security, and quality service.
  • Act as a duty manager in the absence of the Front Office Manager, overseeing overall hotel operations during assigned shifts.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar Assistant Front Office Manager or supervisory role within a hotel environment.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • High level of discipline, professionalism, and attention to detail.
