Position Overview:

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the General Manager in the strategic planning and execution of business operations.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and execute cost-control strategies to achieve profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews to align teams with organizational goals.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive revenue and brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management capacity.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and profitability.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant Property Management Systems (PMS).
