- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments ensuring seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and retention initiatives
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and corporate partners to maintain service standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Lead crisis management and problem-solving for operational challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in hotel/restaurant management
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational oversight
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite
- Valid Indonesian work permit and clean background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
