Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in assistant general manager or senior operations role
- Native Mandarin fluency with strong English proficiency
- Proven experience in logistics or transportation industry
- Advanced knowledge of operational excellence frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certified in quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
