Tonton Clothing Indonesia is a dynamic and rapidly growing player in the Indonesian apparel manufacturing sector. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team in Bandung. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between executive management and operational departments, ensuring seamless communication and high-efficiency workflows.
As an Assistant GM, you will play a critical role in strategic planning, daily operational oversight, and cross-cultural coordination. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, capable of facilitating complex business communications while driving productivity across our manufacturing facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the General Manager in the daily operational management of the manufacturing facility.
- Serve as the primary liaison and translator for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, partners, and executive team members.
- Oversee production scheduling and monitor operational KPIs to ensure company targets are met.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to improve production efficiency.
- Coordinate between various departments including HR, Finance, and Production to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership regarding operational status and performance.
- Manage special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the General Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in an assistant manager or senior operational role, preferably within the garment or textile industry.
- Full professional proficiency in both Mandarin and Indonesian (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal management software.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and high professional integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Must be willing to be based in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
