Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of Zen Luxury Complex, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff to maintain high morale.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, cost control, and revenue generation strategies.
- Ensure the highest level of health, safety, and security standards are met at all times.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and resolve complex issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the executive team to forecast future needs and plan for seasonal fluctuations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or luxury property sector.
- Proven experience in operations management, team leadership, and guest relations.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze reports and manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
