Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily front-desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and registration processes.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints with a focus on problem-solving and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Supervise and train junior staff and service providers to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and cleanliness.
- Handle financial transactions and accurately operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage guest loyalty programs and maintain accurate guest records.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Guest Services or Front Office role.
- Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient under pressure.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) is a significant advantage.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia.
- A friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
