Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
  • Execute menu items with a strong focus on authentic Chinese cuisine and wok cooking techniques.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure adherence to culinary standards and safety protocols.
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
  • Control food costs and minimize waste through effective inventory management and portion control.
  • Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on all dishes before they leave the kitchen.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Deputy Head Chef, or Executive Chef with a focus on Chinese cuisine.
  • Strong wok cooking skills and deep knowledge of stir-fry techniques and Asian flavor profiles.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate a kitchen team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Culinary degree or vocational training is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (communication skills are a plus).
