Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Cook in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service execution.
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and productivity targets.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP protocols.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to minimize waste and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storage, and rotation of ingredients.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and in proper working order.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items and recipes.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Culinary Arts.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar culinary role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines during service hours.
- Certified Food Handler’s Permit or HACCP training is an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
