Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional looking to take the next step in your career with a leading industry player? CBM Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Assistant Head for our Integrated Facilities Services (IFS) division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational excellence of our service teams, ensuring that our high standards of contract compliance are consistently met or exceeded.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between operational teams and senior management, identifying service lapses, implementing corrective measures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction by monitoring KPIs and fostering a culture of efficiency and proactive problem-solving across all managed sites in the Central Region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the overall performance of Integrated Facilities Services (IFS) teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to contract scopes and internal quality standards across all sites.
- Monitor and analyze team performance against established KPIs, driving initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential service lapses and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular reporting to clients and senior management.
- Optimize resource allocation and scheduling to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Promote Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols and ensure full compliance across all operational activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Estate Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Integrated Facilities Management or building operations.
- Strong understanding of soft services, M&E maintenance, and site operations.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and interface with various stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
