Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head of Department in managing day-to-day financial, accounting, and tax operations.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and lead tax planning initiatives.
- Supervise the account payable/receivable functions and treasury management.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic financial audits.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to support top management decision-making.
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team to improve productivity and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Accounting and Tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Law and regulations (Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) is essential.
- Proven ability to manage financial reporting and budgeting cycles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
