- Provide strategic academic leadership across the school, ensuring alignment with global educational standards.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and review of the academic curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Lead and mentor teaching staff, conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to enhance instructional quality.
- Manage the recruitment, induction, and professional development of faculty members.
- Analyze student achievement data to identify trends and implement interventions for academic improvement.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute the school's long-term strategic plan.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and pedagogical innovation among staff and students.
- Represent the school at academic conferences and maintain relationships with relevant educational bodies and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of teaching experience with a proven track record of classroom excellence.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a middle or senior management role within a school setting.
- Strong understanding of international curricula (e.g., IB, IGCSE) and contemporary pedagogical practices.
- Exceptional people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and academic reporting.
- Valid teaching certification or registration with relevant educational authorities.
