Rapsys Technologies is seeking a strategic and results-driven Assistant Head of Service to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key leader in overseeing our truck service, maintenance, and repair operations across both internal company workshops and our authorized dealer networks.
The ideal candidate will be a champion of operational efficiency, tasked with enforcing rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure top-tier service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, monitoring KPIs, and mentoring technical teams to maintain the highest safety and quality standards in the industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end truck service, maintenance, and repair operations across regional workshops.
- Enforce and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.
- Manage relationships with dealer workshops to ensure service quality matches company standards.
- Analyze operational performance data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and train technical staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory for service parts and equipment.
- Drive cost-reduction strategies without compromising the quality of maintenance or customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in heavy vehicle/truck service management or technical operations.
- Strong understanding of automotive service workflows and workshop management software.
- Proven ability to enforce SOPs and maintain high safety and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and external partners.
