Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, including public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas.
- Quality Control: Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to Tlaga Singha’s strict company standards and luxury benchmarks.
- Guest Satisfaction: Proactively manage guest complaints regarding cleanliness and amenities, resolving issues to ensure a flawless guest experience.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, conducting regular performance reviews and shift briefings.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to minimize waste and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Standards Compliance: Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols across all areas of the hotel.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional keenness for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of hotel housekeeping operations and guest relations principles.
