As an Assistant Hotel Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain the high standards that our guests expect, ensuring that every departmentāfrom the front desk to housekeepingāruns like clockwork. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor department heads and frontline staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues with a high level of professionalism.
- Monitor and optimize staff scheduling and labor costs to ensure operational efficiency without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and rooms to maintain strict hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and implementing cost-control measures.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and enhance the hotelās reputation.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Kualifikasi
- A Diploma or Bachelorās Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with basic budget management.
