We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our leadership team. You will play a crucial role in assisting the General Manager in the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring that every guest experience is memorable and exceeds expectations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and security across the property.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest retention.
- Supervise and train staff, conducting regular performance reviews and development sessions.
- Coordinate with department heads to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in budget preparation and cost control measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a hotel, preferably in a 4-5 star establishment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
