Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces following established standards
- Change and refresh linens, towels, and amenities while maintaining inventory levels
- Operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages promptly to supervisors
- Adhere to hygiene protocols and safety regulations for all cleaning activities
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent education
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 15kg regularly
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
