Tanggung Jawab
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas thoroughly and efficiently.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Dust furniture, polish fixtures, and vacuum carpets to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Empty trash bins, ashtrays, and replace liners regularly.
- Report any maintenance issues or broken furniture to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Organize and store cleaning supplies and equipment in designated areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards to maintain a healthy environment.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to work quality.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
