Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, including room attendants, cleaners, and laundry staff.
  • Ensure all guest rooms, suites, and public areas (lobbies, corridors, restrooms) meet strict cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify areas for improvement and maintain quality control.
  • Manage and inventory housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities to minimize waste and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety protocols, and luxury service standards.
  • Address guest inquiries and promptly resolve any complaints related to room cleanliness, amenities, or overall environment.
  • Oversee the laundry and pressing operations to ensure linens are fresh, ironed, and ready for use.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and work reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and stain removal techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities during peak check-in/check-out times.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate loads for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.
  • High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction and luxury service.
