Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Executive Housekeeper in supervising daily housekeeping operations
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are cleaned to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train and mentor junior housekeeping staff
- Address guest requests and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with maintenance for room repairs and maintenance
- Implement and maintain cleanliness protocols
- Conduct regular quality inspections
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel housekeeping
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
