Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, ensuring all surfaces are dust-free and sanitized.
- Change bed linens, make beds to hotel standards, and ensure bathrooms are sparkling clean with stocked amenities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues or damages and report them to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Handle laundry operations, including sorting, washing, ironing, and folding linens and guest clothing.
- Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and amenities in guest rooms and common areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas and ensure equipment is stored safely and correctly.
- Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
