Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, ensuring all surfaces are dust-free and sanitized.
  • Change bed linens, make beds to hotel standards, and ensure bathrooms are sparkling clean with stocked amenities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues or damages and report them to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
  • Handle laundry operations, including sorting, washing, ironing, and folding linens and guest clothing.
  • Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and amenities in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas and ensure equipment is stored safely and correctly.
  • Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
