As an Assistant Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest experience is flawless. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations, mentoring team members, and maintaining the highest level of hygiene and aesthetic standards across our guest rooms and public areas. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a keen eye for detail, strong leadership potential, and a passion for service excellence in a dynamic hotel environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel quality standards.
- Perform regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance compliance.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff on operational policies, safety procedures, and service excellence protocols.
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Engineering departments to facilitate seamless room status updates and maintenance repairs.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally to resolve any housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
- Assist in preparing work schedules and managing staff productivity to ensure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or a Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a supervisory or senior room attendant role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation.
- Proficient in hotel property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Effective communication skills in English and a secondary language to interact with diverse guests and staff.
