Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations to ensure alignment with company policies and hotel standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and internal compliance requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain high morale.
- Administer performance management systems and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff enhancement.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
- Must be willing to work in Aklan, Western Visayas.
