PT Sungai Mas Internasional is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant HSE Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing, maintaining, and upgrading our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems across our construction projects. You will work closely with the HSE Manager and project site teams to foster a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate operational risks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the HSE Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive HSE plans and programs across all construction sites.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure corrective actions are promptly implemented.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes, preparing detailed reports with preventive recommendations.
- Deliver and coordinate safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and orientation programs for employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all local OHS regulations (K3), environmental laws, and international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Compile, analyze, and report HSE performance metrics and statistics to the senior management and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update HSE documentation, permits, and emergency response procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in HSE roles, preferably within the construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure sector.
- Must possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum (General OHS Specialist) certification from Kemnaker. Certification in Construction Safety (Ahli K3 Konstruksi) is a major advantage.
- Deep understanding of local Indonesian labor and safety regulations (UU No. 1 Year 1970, PP 50 Year 2012, etc.).
- Proven experience in implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and report-writing skills, with professional proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset with a high level of integrity.
