You will apply fundamental Lean and Industrial Engineering (IE) methodologies to identify and resolve production issues. We are looking for a proactive individual who constantly seeks opportunities to improve workflows and reduce waste. Your contributions will involve designing and setting up efficient work aids and tools that enhance productivity and ensure a safe working environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production lines and processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Implement basic Lean tools, including 5S, Kaizen, and SMED, to streamline operations.
- Design, develop, and maintain work aids, jigs, and tools to support production operators.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize cycle times and improve efficiency.
- Monitor daily production metrics and prepare performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate closely with floor supervisors and team members to implement process changes.
- Assist in the standardization of work procedures to maintain quality consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and IE concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work on-site in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
