Dhanistha Surya Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant ISPO & SHE to join our operations team in Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our commitment to sustainable palm oil production and workplace safety. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) standards and ensuring that Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) protocols are rigorously followed across our sites.
The ideal candidate is passionate about regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, and occupational health. You will work closely with the management team to conduct audits, analyze safety metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain our certifications and operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external ISPO audit processes.
- Monitor and record site safety compliance against established SHE guidelines.
- Conduct regular field inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all ISPO and safety-related activities.
- Coordinate with department heads to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit findings.
- Facilitate safety induction programs and training sessions for field and site personnel.
- Analyze safety and environmental incident data to generate actionable insights for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in plantation operations or sustainability auditing.
- Deep understanding of ISPO principles, criteria, and certification processes.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor and environmental regulations (K3).
- Proficient in technical reporting and data management using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to be based in remote plantation locations within Kalimantan Barat.
