Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive IT support for daily business operations across all departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring maximum system uptime and efficiency.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and testing IT security measures, firewalls, and routine data backups.
- Manage IT inventory, including the procurement of hardware, software, and licensing.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT service delivery and support.
- Assist in developing IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for staff.
- Provide technical guidance and basic training to employees on the effective use of IT systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard enterprise applications.
- Solid understanding of network administration, LAN/WAN configurations, routers, and switches.
- Experience with data security protocols, antivirus solutions, and cloud computing platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Kota Kemuning, Selangor.
