Join Katong Holdings Pte Ltd as an Assistant IT Manager and become the backbone of our hotel's technological infrastructure. In this dynamic role, you'll ensure seamless operation of all computer systems including point-of-sale (POS), property management systems (PMS), and network infrastructure. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, implement system upgrades, and maintain optimal performance to support exceptional guest experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop IT strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure data security compliance. Your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency and drive innovation in our hospitality technology ecosystem.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hotel computer systems (POS, PMS, network infrastructure)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Implement system upgrades, patches, and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular backups
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for service contracts and new technology implementations
- Train staff on system usage and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in IT management or system administration
- Proficiency in hospitality-specific technologies (PMS/POS systems)
- Strong knowledge of network administration and security protocols
- Experience with Windows/Linux environments and cloud services
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA Network+/Microsoft certifications preferred
