- Lead and coordinate IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Support and maintain business systems, including ERP, CRM, and inventory management software
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Manage IT resources, including hardware, software, and vendor relationships
- Monitor system performance and implement security measures to protect company data
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
- Train and mentor junior IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management or related role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network security
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Certifications in IT management, project management (PMP), or relevant technical areas are a plus
- Experience in retail or e-commerce industry is highly desirable
