You will be tasked with performing both scheduled preventative maintenance and reactive troubleshooting for network equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute routine preventative maintenance schedules for network hardware and military communication systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults through systematic troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance metrics to identify potential bottlenecks or failures before they impact operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement system upgrades and patches.
- Document all maintenance activities, incident reports, and system configurations accurately.
- Assist in the deployment and integration of new network equipment in secure environments.
- Adhere strictly to cybersecurity protocols and safety standards during all technical interventions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in network administration or IT field service.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco or Juniper networking equipment.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Experience in maintaining military-grade or high-availability network infrastructures is a significant advantage.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances for military-related projects.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role within the Sembawang region.
