Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in web development team leadership
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail
