Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Sales Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Support in achieving sales targets by actively engaging customers and promoting jewellery collections.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures.
- Manage inventory counts, stock replenishment, and ensure the presentation of jewellery displays meets brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process sales transactions accurately.
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
- Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to the Sales Supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail sales or supervisory role, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery design is a plus.
