Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise the daily operations and workflow of the kitchen staff to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs and kitchen hands to foster a cohesive team.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders for fresh ingredients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, development, and daily specials.
  • Control food costs and minimize waste to maximize profitability.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Culinary diploma or vocational training is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen equipment operations.
