Habitual Food Inc. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our pioneering cloud kitchen team in New Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations and staff schedules to ensure seamless service.
- Enforce strict food safety and sanitation standards to comply with health regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to improve skills and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food ordering to minimize waste and control costs.
- Coordinate closely with the management team to optimize kitchen workflows and production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all staff.
- Assist in menu development and ensure consistency in food presentation and taste.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP food safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced cloud kitchen setting.
- Basic understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Culinary degree or relevant vocational training is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
