Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring all orders are prepared efficiently, accurately, and to standard.
- Manage and monitor kitchen inventory levels, assist in ordering ingredients, and minimize food waste.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a positive, safe, and productive working environment.
- Enforce strict food hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in compliance with local health regulations (such as HACCP).
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw ingredients and finished dishes to maintain strict brand consistency.
- Assist in managing food costs and labor budgets to meet kitchen profitability targets.
- Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and report any operational or facility issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Assistant Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Supervisor, or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or cloud kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and train a diverse culinary team.
- Basic understanding of kitchen inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- Effective communication skills and strong attention to organizational detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
