Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing day-to-day culinary operations and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets strict quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and assist with procurement of kitchen supplies.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a high level of productivity and professionalism.
  • Monitor food costs and minimize waste to ensure operational profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
  • Collaborate with the management team to update menus and refine food recipes.
  • Handle kitchen scheduling and ensure proper coverage during peak service hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a supervisory or senior cook capacity.
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, food costing, and kitchen supplies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse kitchen team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Relevant culinary degree or certification is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or basic kitchen management software.
