Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing day-to-day culinary operations and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all food preparation meets strict quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and assist with procurement of kitchen supplies.
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a high level of productivity and professionalism.
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste to ensure operational profitability.
- Maintain compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
- Collaborate with the management team to update menus and refine food recipes.
- Handle kitchen scheduling and ensure proper coverage during peak service hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a supervisory or senior cook capacity.
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, food costing, and kitchen supplies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse kitchen team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant culinary degree or certification is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or basic kitchen management software.
