Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure seamless workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure all food preparation meets company specifications.
- Manage inventory levels, track food waste, and conduct regular stock audits to optimize costs.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a collaborative team environment and high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with sanitation, hygiene, and food safety regulations (HACCP/DOH).
- Manage staff scheduling and handle on-the-floor training for new hires.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a professional kitchen or high-volume food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management software and inventory tracking tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating a diverse team.
- In-depth understanding of food cost management, labor scheduling, and supply chain logistics.
- Deep commitment to food safety standards and workplace cleanliness.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure during peak operation hours.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
