Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or IT solution management
- Familiarity with GMP audit processes and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration
- Certification in business analysis or related field is a plus
