Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective leasing strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy targets.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process, from lead generation and property viewing to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on rental rates, competitor activities, and industry trends in Kuala Lumpur.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high renewal rates and exceptional service standards.
- Prepare detailed leasing reports, financial projections, and performance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure units are presented to the highest standards.
- Ensure full compliance with leasing policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or high-end hospitality sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and occupancy targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
